CANCELLATION POLICY

Hii My Cherry Gals 🍒 Just a quick reminder of my studio policies so we can keep everything smooth and respectful of both your time and mine: •Cancelations or Rescheduling : Please give notice 24 hours before your service Anything less will require a new deeposit and 100% service fee • No-Shows/Same-Day Cancellations will require 100% of the missed service total, and a new deposit will be required to book again • Late Arrivals : anymore then 10 minutes late you receive a 10minute late fee .. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or cut shorter . if your appointment is canceled due to lateness it will be considered a same-day cancellation with a 50% service fee for the missed service • Clean Lash Policy : Please Arrive with clean lashes as it may affect your retention. if your lashes have the following : lashes from another artist, lash liner , residue strip glue etc . You will be automatically charged a $15 Dirty Lash Fee • No extra Guests are allowed unless it has been Requested and approved by Lash Artist , Bergy Thank you so much for understanding and respecting these policies they help me serve you and all of my clients in the best way possible I can’t wait to lash you all !♥️
