CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointment Policies • Appointments must be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled service. • If an appointment is not canceled within the 24-hour window, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook. In addition, a 55% service fee will automatically be charged. • No-shows will automatically be charged 55% of the missed service total. • Rescheduling Policy : You are allowed one reschedule or time change per appointment. Additional changes will require a new deposit. • Before & After Hours Appointments : All Appointments requested out of working hours will require an additional $30 Fee Weekends Starting at $35 • Late Arrivals : Please arrive on time. There is a 10 minute $10 late Fee if you are 10 minutes Late , If you 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and a 50% service fee will be charged. • Refills : When booking any 2 Week Refill You MUST have the Required 40% Left Of your remaining set , Anything less then the required amount will result in an Automatic Full Set • Clean Lashes Required : Please Be sure to arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes. If your lashes require additional deep cleaning , a $15 dirty lash fee will be Automatically applied. • Foreign Fills : I do not work over lash extensions done by another artist. If you have existing lashes, please make sure you add a lash removal to your services . •Guests : ONLY guests receiving a service are permitted in the studio at a time unless prior approval has to been given by The Lash artist Beryenis. • Refunds : We do not Offer Refunds , You Have 48 Hours to notify us after your appointment if you have any issues with your FULLSET and it will be fixed at no cost , anytime after that any fix ups would have to be booked under “ Mini Fills “ • Arriving To Your Appointment: When You Arrive Please Park In The designated Spot Sent Previously, Let Me Know you have Arrived .
