CANCELLATION POLICY

Hii My Cherry Gals 🍒 These studio policies are in place And apply to everyone Equally so we can keep everything smooth and respectful of both your time and mine • All Appointments Booked require a $20 Deposit - no exceptions ( this payment goes twords your final remaining balance) • Cancellations or Rescheduling: You must give notice of cancellation or reschedule 25 hours before your service. -Anything less will require a new deposit and 100% service fee due to short-notice cancellation *you receive 3 automatic reminders prior to your appointment date * • No-Shows/Same-Day Cancellations require 100% of the missed service fee total, in addition to a new deposit to Rebook / Reschedule. • Late Arrivals: There Is A 10 Minute Late Grace Period. - If you're more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or cut shorter. - If your appointment is canceled due to lateness, it will be considered a same-day cancellation with a 100% service fee for the missed service • Clean Lash Policy: Please arrive with clean lashes, as it may affect your retention. If your lashes have any of the following : extensions from another artist, lash liner, residue, strip glue, mascara etc, you will be automatically charged a $10 dirty lash fee. • Payment Methods Accepted: Cash, Debit /Credit card, Tap To Pay * All card Transactions Require a $2 Transaction Fee * -Afterpay, Klarna & Affirm Is Available At Checkout . • No extra guests are allowed unless it has been requested and approved Before The Appointment Date by The artist Beryenis.
